Adding EPC ratings and Content (floorplans) to your listings

When manually uploading a listing to your Residential sales listings department, it's important that you add EPC ratings so the listing meets the requirements as set out by National Trading Standards, and appears correctly on site.  

Additionally, all listings can have content added such as floorplans or EPC reports.

To add an EPC rating and upload a floorplan or EPC report:

1. Log in to ZooplaPro
2. Click the Manage listings tab
3. Click Residential sales listings
4. Click Add listing to add a new listing, or locate and click an existing listing to edit it
5. Scroll down to the EPC rating input section

1. If you have a real-time feed or an RMv4 feed, you can directly input the EPC rating into the correct field

Full description input (via ZooplaPro)

1. Enter the Current EER Rating and the Potential EER Rating (Energy Efficiency Ratio) as numbers between 1-100
   1. If you can’t add EPC ratings using this field, you can include it in the Full description (either on its own or as part of a sentence) as it will be extracted and display at the top of your listing. However, you must use the following format - EPC rating: C

Should the letter of the rating element have additional consecutive letters, i.e. a word string such as “not yet known”, we'll ignore it.

The EPC rating is displayed at the top of each listing on Zoopla. As shown in the image below, the question mark tooltip next to the EPC rating will explain to potential buyers where it may have come from.

Content - Upload floorplans, EPC reports

1. In the Content - Upload floorplans, EPC reports etc section, click the Content type dropdown menu and select the additional type of content you wish to upload, i.e. Document, Brochure, EPC, Floor plan, Home report, Map, or Site plan
2. Click Choose file to locate the file on your computer or network. Once selected, click Open
3. Click Save. Your changes will be live on Zoopla within the hour
