When manually uploading a listing to your Residential sales listings department, it's important that the Price displays accurately so the listing meets the requirements as set out by National Trading Standards, and so you can achieve the best possible marketing for your development.

To set the price:

  1. Log in to ZooplaPro
  2. Click the Manage listings tab
  3. Click Residential sales listings
  4. Click Add listing to add a new listing, or locate and click an existing listing to edit it
  5. Scroll down to the Price section. The Price is a required field as set out by National Trading Standards. Type in only the numbers of the sale price (don't type any symbols, commas or spaces)
  6. Select a Price modifier from the dropdown menu, if applicable
  7. Complete the remaining sections and fields if you haven't already, as set out in How to upload a Sales listing. Then, click Save. Your changes will be live on Zoopla within the hour

 Note

If you select Sale by tender from the Price modifier dropdown menu, the price will not display on Zoopla
