Why is the Add Listing button not working?

If you have logged into ZooplaPro to add a listing and found that the Add Listing button is not where it usually is, this is because you are at the wrong access level for manual uploading.

You have company level access, which grants you access to all the developments under the region or company permissions.

To create listings, you need to change your access level from Developer to Development.

Change to Development level using the following steps:

  1. Log in to ZooplaPro
  2. Click your company or group name at the top right-hand corner of the screen to open a dropdown menu
  3. Within the Change view type section, click Development
  4. The Change development screen opens.  Click the Choose development dropdown menu and select the correct development
    1. Alternatively, you can search for the development using the fields within the Development search section
  5. Click Confirm
