Our new email solution builds on the previous products and is a powerful way to engage Zoopla’s first-party audience as you progress through the phases of your development.
We now offer 3 ways to structure your email campaigns; Email Campaigns, Remail Campaigns and Multi-send.

What's included with our email solution
Our email solutions enable you to send your own messaging to our targeted first-party audience, nurturing in-market buyers through to reservation, with sequenced messaging.
We create email segments from our first-party audience via geographic and behavioural targeting capabilities. This means we can target audiences based on their interest type, i.e. first-time buyers, buyers, upsizers and investors, as well as their interest specifics, such as location, budget and the number of bedrooms.
Email Campaigns enable you to create one-off campaigns, using our targeting to reach the buyers you want, in the area you want, at any development stage. You can send a one-off email campaign using your own creative or we can build a bespoke campaign for you (additional cost is required for this option).
Campaign requirements
Criteria for building your campaign include:
- Determine the applicable Development and the audience Geography (i.e. the targeting type, the Outcode and Radius)
- Determine the Audience profile (i.e. the Audience type such as Buyers, the Number of Bedrooms and the Price Range)
- Determine the Campaign settings (i.e. if you want Redirection to a webpage)
- Determine the Email campaign configuration (i.e. the Number of email steps, the 1st Email Send Date, and the Total number of emails)
- Determine if you want to use Zoopla's creative service, or if you'll provide your own ad creative
Remail Campaigns enable you to retarget your audience with the same message up to 3 times, to maximise engagement.

- Determine the Audience profile (i.e. the Audience type such as Buyers, the Number of Bedrooms and the Price Range)

- Determine if you want to use Zoopla's creative service, or if you'll provide your own ad creative
Multi-send allows you to tell the story of your developments with sequenced emails sent directly to our audiences, over 3 steps. Typically you receive higher open rates as you take buyers on tailored journeys through to reservation or even building up to a launch event.
