If you’re looking to make changes to your membership, you can either:
- Contact your Account Manager directly via email or phone to discuss upgrading or making amendments to your membership package and add-on products. They're here to support you and to make sure your package is right for you
OR, - Request to change (or cancel) your membership package yourself by completing the form below. For example, any billing issues or amendments, any purchase order amendments for products, or if you'd like to cancel

When you’ve submitted the form, we’ll look to action your change request/cancellation.
For cancellations, once we've checked your membership agreement, we'll be in touch about next steps such as confirmation of your last day on site, according to the terms and conditions stated on your contract.
Note
Members will not be able to cancel or terminate the contract for convenience during any Initial Term or subsequent Renewal Term. After the expiry of your Initial Term or Renewal Term, your notice can be terminated in accordance with the Member Terms and Conditions
