Booking an AdReach Campaign

AdReach is a direct way to reach active property seekers using Zoopla’s first party data.  It extends your marketing reach to new audiences and boosts your lead volume.

You can decide the location and radius targeting, the development price range and Zoopla segments you wish to target in your campaign.  You can also choose the platform on which you want to promote your development, such as Facebook or Pinterest.  This allows you to target a user as they explore the Zoopla site or as they continue with their web journey. 

AdReach campaigns put your message in front of the right user, at the right time and on the right channel, showcasing your development and delivering on your campaign objectives.

Audience requirements

Each AdReach booking must supply audience targeting.  Please outline this in initial term notes and supply in Google Docs, Notes & Attachments.

The audience should outline the target user:

  • Users looking to: Buy/Rent/Sell
  • Users looking in/around: Outcode + Radius
  • Users looking at prices between: Price Min/Max

 Note

For pre-consideration audiences, please complete the additional fields in the opportunity product details.


Creative Requirements

Unless specified within the opportunity initial terms - AdReach bookings must be supplied with a creative for all products.

Client creatives should be uploaded to the opportunity under the Google Docs, Notes & Attachments section.

 Note

For CPL campaign bookings, it is essential to include 2 ad copies, at least 5 high definition images and additional information from the ad copy, otherwise we cannot proceed with the booking.


Facebook Lead Generation/ CTW/ Event

You must complete creative templates relating to the product type, and adhere to our best practices.


Upload requirements:

  • AdReach creative template containing advert copy
  • Image file containing at least 5 images in JPG/PNG format - recommended image size 1200 x 628px
  • UTM tracking*

Please adhere to our character limits when completing the template


GDN

There is no template to complete for GDN but the you must supply the necessary assets.

Depending on your needs, the AdReach team can create banners in-house if supplied with the appropriate assets. 

Alternatively, you may supply pre-made banners, which can be uploaded directly to the platform.

They must supply  4-6 ad formats.


Upload requirements:

  • Image file containing at least 4 GDN ad formats

Or

  • File containing raw images that can be used by AdReach team to create GDN ads from scratch
  • Creatives in JPG/PNG/GIF  format
  • Recommended image sizes include: 300 x 250, 728 x 90, 300 x 600, 320 x 50, 160 x 600, 200 x 200.
  • UTM tracking

Gmail

There is no template to complete for Gmail but you must supply the following assets:

Upload requirements:

  • HTML  file 

AND

  • File containing raw images that can be used by AdReach team to create email ads (single/multi-image only)
  • Subject line/ headline 25 characters max
  • Creatives in JPG/PNG  format
  • Recommended image sizes include:
  1. Single image ad: [300 px to 650 px] x [300 px to 1000 px]
  2. Logo image: [1200 px x 1200 px] Aspect ratio must be 1:1

Pinterest

You must complete creative templates, and adhere to our best practices.

  • AdReach creative template containing advert copy
  • Image file containing at least 5 images in JPG/PNG format - recommended image size 1000 x 1500px.
  • UTM tracking
