If you think you may have been tricked into entering your details on a site that isn't Zoopla, close the suspected site immediately. Log in to ZooplaPro using the main login page (manually typing in the address is suggested), and change your password immediately.
- Log in to ZooplaPro
- Click your Developer/Development name at the top right-hand corner of the screen to open a dropdown menu
- Click User profile
- Scroll down and click Send password reset email
- An email will be sent to your ZooplaPro Email address (this will be the email address registered for your ZooplaPro account), titled 'Reset your password'. Within the email, click Change your password, to confirm the password change
- You will now be on a secure page where you can enter your New password, and then re-enter it to confirm it. Click Reset password to confirm your choice
Secondly, report all potential scams to Member Services. You can either email firstname.lastname@example.org, or, click Submit a request below and complete the contact form.
If you receive a suspicious phone call, email, or text message claiming to be from Zoopla asking for payment, personal information or offering a refund you do not expect, please do not share any personal information and disconnect the phone call immediately.
