How do I change my leads enquiry contact details?

Applicant leads are sent to your lead enquiry email and phone number so it is important to keep them up to date and to make sure that your details are correct. 

  • Email is applied to the Email agent button on property listings
  • Phone number is the phone number where your Zoopla calls are directed to from the allocated re-direct line that displays against your listings

To see your lead enquiry contact details: 

  1. Log in to ZooplaPro
  2. Click the Manage performance tab 
  3. Click Leads report
  4. To check your phone number, click the Phone leads sub-tab. The Target # column will show the phone number the phone leads are going to 
  5. To check your email address, click the relevant email sub-tabs (For sale emails, To rent emails, Overseas emails and Valuation emails). The Sent to column will show the email address the email enquiries are going to

 Note

To change the lead enquiry contact details, contact Member Services.  You can either email newhomes@zoopla.co.uk, or, click Submit a request below and complete the contact form, including:

  • The details you wish to change
  • The new details to add
  • Which development the details are related to

 Note

  • Additional charges apply for phone leads that are to be directed to a mobile number
  • Changing a lead phone number will not alter the Zoopla redirect number on the website
  • The allocated re-direct number directs calls straight to the landline number you provide us with
