Re-verifying my ZooplaPro account

To help keep you safe online, we've strengthened our ZooplaPro login and authentication process.   

The first time you login to your ZooplaPro account using our new authentication process, or, from a new device, browser or location, you'll be asked to verify your email address and account.

To verify access:

  1. Visit the ZooplaPro sign-in page (pro.zoopla.co.uk)
  2. Enter your Registered Email Address and Password. Click Sign in to ZooplaPro
  3. You will be prompted to sign in again using our new authentication process. Click Sign in again
  4. Enter your ZooplaPro Email address (this will be the email address registered for your ZooplaPro account) and Password. Click Sign in
    1. You may receive an email containing a verification link which will be sent to your nominated email address. Click the link ensuring you are using the same browser that you attempted to login from
  5. You will now be logged in to ZooplaPro as normal
    1. You may receive a security alert email confirming the device and location you have just logged in from and verified

If you find that your device isn't being recognised every time you login, it may be to do with your web browser settings. Some browsers may be set to delete history or the cookies for the computer, which will delete any previous verification, or memory of instances where you've logged into the site before.

To amend this, please follow the instructions for your relevant browser:

Google Chrome

To add a site to allow all cookies and site data:

  1. Click the ellipsis icon (3 dots) at the top right of your browser window
  2. Click Settings
  3. In the Privacy and security section, click Site settings
  4. In the Content section, click Cookies and site data
  5. In the Sites that can always use cookies section, click Add
  6. In the Site field, type in pro.zoopla.co.uk and click Add
Firefox

To add a site to allow all cookies and site data:

  1. Click on the burger icon (3 lines) at the top right of your browser window
  2. Click Options
  3. Click the Privacy & Security tab
  4. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data. Click Manage Exceptions
  5. In the Address of website field, type in pro.zoopla.co.uk and click Allow
  6. Click Save Changes
Internet Explorer

To add a site to allow all cookies and site data:

  1. Click Tools (cog symbol) at the top right of your browser window
  2. Click Internet options
  3. Click the Privacy tab
  4. Click Sites
  5. In the Address of website field, type in pro.zoopla.co.uk and click Allow
  6. Click OK
Microsoft Edge

To add a site to allow all cookies and site data:

  1. Click Settings and more (the ...) at the top right of your browser window
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click the Cookies and site permissions tab
  4. Click Cookies and site data
  5. Scroll down to Allow and click Add
  6. In the Site field, type in pro.zoopla.co.uk and click Add
