    1. Live chat is also available on the Help Centre.  Click Help Centre 
  2. Click Help in the bottom right of the page
  3. Use the search bar to find what you are looking for 
    1. Help Centre articles will be suggested to you based on your search terms 
  4. If you cannot find the relevant article, click Live chat
    1. If Live chat isn't available, click Leave a message to log a support ticket
  5. Complete the contact form and click Start chat
